From July 2021 to August 2021, I was part of the team porting Total War: WARHAMMER III to MacOS and Linux. This was my first opportunity to work on low level issues concerning memory management and undefined behaviour. I gained experience using ASan and UBSan and identifying the causes of heap overflows and similar issues.
